View of Lights was founded on the idea of helping communities shine. We believe that light is an essential element of our lives. We can, therefore, share that light with every part of the world in which we live. No matter where we live or where we have traveled, we live in one world with one community of people. We try to reach out to others who need our help.

Since our organization was established, we have endeavored to provide help where the need is greatest. Our team is made up of professionals and volunteers. We advocate for those who need our help. Even a little help goes a long way. That is why we are especially happy to find those who share our ideas and believe in what we are doing. We welcome others who want to help us. Mr. Amos Cassell has over 15 years of Social Work experience. He has worked for many different community service organizations including National Child Protection Coordinator- Child Fund Liberia, (NEAL) National Adult Education Association of Liberia, Project Coordinator, GERLIB Community Center, and the Child Protection Consultant, UNICEF, Juba, Southern Sudan. Mr. Cassell’s diverse experience, both national and international, prepared him for the position of Regional Director for the View of Lights in Liberia.
